How has PC Quest helped you in your career development?
Working at PC Quest has given me the opportunity to see technology from every angle. Before working at PC Quest, I had an IT call center job. I didn’t have the chance to work face to face with our customers. Now, being part of the team at PC Quest I’ve had the chance to bridge the gap between customers and their IT needs.
What is on your wish list for the next 10 years with PC Quest?
The next step for me is to become more self-sufficient as a technician. I want to be able to handle high level tasks on my own. To help with this I am taking the Network+ test and will follow with the Security+ test. A goal I have set for myself is to be a senior level technician and an asset to the company.
What is your favorite hobby outside of technology?
I enjoy playing disk golf with my friends. We have traveled to different courses around our area. This has allowed me to see new things and have fun while doing so.
What is your favorite sport?
I enjoy several unconventional sports. A few of my favorites are rally car racing, trail biking and disc golf. I enjoy watching these, but am lucky enough to experience some first hand, as well. Honestly, anything that gets me outdoors will always grab my interest.
