When you bring your device into our store, we ask a series of questions to help us better understand your specific situation. This helps our service technicians in the repair process of your system. Our certified technicians will diagnose your device and contact you if any other issues are uncovered that you may not have already been aware of, ensuring that no work is done without your approval. We find this also helps keep you informed of the progress on your repair.
Diagnostic fees will vary based off initial inspection of the device.
Diagnostic fees are taken at the time the device is dropped off at the store and are applied towards the total cost of the repair.
